Dallas Cars and Coffee

Today I had the pleasure of attending the Dallas Cars and Coffee. To my surprise we followed in a car I certainly had never seen in person, a Spyker C8 Aileron! It was certain it would draw quite a bit of attention, even amongst the DeTomasos, Ferraris and Lamborghinis. While the pictures should tell the entire story of an auto enthusiasts gawkfest, it is always a great event to see all types of enthusiasts come together. As I had spoken with many of the local car owners, the overall mind set appeared to be just a bunch of enthusiast and car/motorcycle owners that want to come together for a good cause and to showcase their ride. Something Throwing Rods is all about! Even though most of the cars were grouped together by make or model, the overall goal is for all auto lovers to be able to see and be seen.
